I'm more than happy with my experience with Preston Petty and Paul. I placed my order online and received a phone call from Paul that he had another product that would be better suited for my application. We communicated through email a couple times and the recommended products were shipped promptly. The products are high quality and fit great. Attention to the customer is what sets this company apart from the others. While some companies are moving toward an impersonal automated customer experience, it's good to see there are still businesses that strive to be better, Preston Petty cares about their customer and makes quality products. Five star, highly recommended.
